Mr. Angelo Colmenares, Miss Angel Locsin's Father, who recently celebrated his 90th birthday earlier this year.
According to Reggee Bonoan of bandera.inquirer.net, Mr. Locsin is very strict when it comes to his body and on what he eats.
"Hindi kasi kumakain ng pork si daddy kasi Sabadista siya. Hindi rin kumakain ng marami sa gabi at mahilig siya sa prutas. Nag-e-exercise siya regularly, nagsu-swimming, jogging in place, stationary bike, push ups lahat from head to toe, nagpapaaraw din every morning," shared by

Despite his age, he can still walk properly and his hearing is still clear. However, he was not able to see because he got involved in an accident when he was still young. But his disability did not stop him in becoming a Father to his children. He is still dedicated when it comes on taking care of his children. He can feel if one of his children are in trouble.

Miss Angel expressed her love for her Father on social media with a photo and caption saying, "To the best dad in the world: thank you for being there for me, and for urging me to be better and fight harder. I wouldn’t be who I am without your kind words and wise guidance. Happy 90th Birthday, Daddy!"
Mr. Angelo celebrated his birthday at The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan, Libis, Quezon City together with his family and friends.
Miss Angel Locsin tends to be very close to her Dad as it was seen on her social media posts. No matter how hard or how easy life is, our Fathers are always there to guide and love us.
