It was back in 2015 when Angel Locsin, Ejay Falcon, and Coco Martin first worked together. The well-known celebrities mentioned worked together on the two-part special tribute of Maalaala Mo Kaya for the 44 fallen Special Action Force commandos who died in the Mamasapano clash on January 25.
After they worked together for the special episode, Coco Martin praised Angel Locsin for showing full professionalism during their shoot and for showing how humble she is during the set.
Coco Martin also added that Angel Locsin never bragged about the fact that she is THE Angel Locsin. Because of the friendship that was developed, Coco Martin hoped to work with Angel Locsin again, maybe in a movie or a television series.

Meanwhile, after the two-part special tribute was aired on April 25, Angel Locsin and Ejay Falcon have decided to personally thank the Philippine National Police for showing full support on the tribute that they made.
On April 27, Angel Locsin and Ejay Falcon joined the Philippine National Police in their regular flag raising ceremony at the Camp Crame where they personally thanked and saluted the PNP.
Angel and Ejay were warmly welcomed by the police force and gave a courtesy call to the PNP acting Chief Deputy Director General Leonardo Espina. Angel and Ejay then thanked Gen. Espina for helping them and the whole team in pulling off the special episodes that honored two of their fallen men, Garry Erana and Rennie Tyrus.
Not everyone who watched the two-part tribute knows that the men in uniform that were seen in the MMK episodes were actually real members of PNP-SAF. They worked with the production team to make sure that the scenes, costumes, and movement are close to reality to give justice to the tribute.
Meanwhile, Gen. Espina thanked Ejay, Angel and the whole staff for paying their men a tribute. He even asked them for a copy of the episodes for him to be able to personally watch it, plus, they are also thinking of having a special screening inside the Camp Crame, for the other policemen to see it!
