La Luna Sangre's episode that was aired last September 27, was indeed a breathtaking and intense scene. As Gilbert Imperial who was portrayed by Richard Gutierrez almost killed her campaign manager, the political strategist, Jacintha Magsaysay.
What triggers him to do such thing was because Jacintha Magsaysay digs deeper about Gilbert Imperial's past. And it seems that Gilbert Imperial has a bad experience on his past. The incident happened earlier that makes him remember his dark time immemorial wherein he saw a mother who is abusing and hurting her own son.
He then outburst his anger that leads him to take away the child from his violent mother. And Jacintha Magsaysay is to the rescue to take away the mother who will surely be beaten by the mad Gilbert Imperial.

Hence, Jacintha Magsaysay noticed that this kind of scene was something who bothered Gilbert Imperial's life that it seems he has a similar experience happened from his past so she takes a risk to ask everything about that to Gilbert imperial.
But then, because of anger, Gilbert Imperial can't control his delirious and frantic feeling and he forced Jacintha Magsaysay to admit that she and the Lia Ortega Rodriguez whom he killed a long time ago was the same and standing in front of him to take her revenge for killing her clan and her beloved husband Mateo Rodriguez who was portrayed by John Lloyd Cruz.
However, when Gilbert Imperial has decided to end Jacintha Magsaysay's life, his emotions and feelings were suddenly changed as he saw Jacintha Magsaysay close her eyes and soon fainted. You can see in his eyes that he doesn't expect that Jacintha Magsaysay will faint easily.
He then hesitated and started to puzzle why the political strategist whom he thinks who has a hidden power and strength slowly become weak.
