Angel Locsin and Richard Gutierrez had always been loved by the television viewers. People loved them from their hit movies together as a love team and of course, their roles as Agiluz and Alwina in the original television series entitled 'Mulawin'. And now, after a decade of being separated due to network rivalries, Angel Locsin and Richard Gutierrez are once again working together, however, this time, everything's quite different since they aren't working as a love team, but rather enemies!
Angel Locsin previously played the role of Lia Ortega in La Luna Sangre, ABS-CBN's top-rating horror fantasy drama series, but then, her first character got killed in the pilot week.
On the 6th day of September, Angel Locsin made a controversial comeback in La Luna Sangre. She's currently playing the role of Jacintha Magsaysay, the political strategist of Gilbert Imperial/Sandrino that is portrayed by Richard Gutierrez.

Instead of working as love teams, Jacintha Magsaysay and Gilbert Imperial are rivals in the show, but instead of getting carried away by the intense scenes, the ChardGel fans are turning the intense scenes into kilig scenes!
During the 'Tigil-Pintig Week' of La Luna Sangre, Gilbert Imperial was shot by Senator Salvador Paglinauan who was portrayed by the veteran actor Freddie Webb. The shooting incident took place during the revelation that Gilbert will be his successor. However, the announcement turned into a bloodied crime scene after Gilbert was shot twice while Senator was also shot by Gilbert's bodyguards.
Things became pretty interesting when Gilbert Imperial felt his heartbeat again. It turns out that Jacintha Magsaysay replaced the bullets with 'pangil ng lobo' or fangs of werewolves to give greater effect on a vampire.
After the shooting incident, Gilbert was rushed to the hospital where Jacintha visited him.
Although this scene was quite intense, the fans of Angel and Richard turned it into a kilig moment just by adding malice on their conversation and also with the help from a love song.
In fact, a fan-made social media account even posted a short video of Jacintha and Gilbert's scenes along with the words: "Omg kumikire n tlga c Supremo 😂💓but sadly mkhng c Lia at Jacintha tlga ay iisa omygawd pls no! kwawa nmn c Supremo kng mhohopia n nmn sya sa love, Lia ptwrin m n c Supremo, c Supremo n mhln m, magbbgo sya for u , I knw u can chnge him to b good....pls😢"
Obviously, fans are hoping for them to end up together. Who knows? None of us knows what's bound to happen so to get the latest updates, support La Luna Sangre in the ABS-CBN's Primetime Bida!
