Ever since she returned, people have already speculated that Jacintha Magsaysay is the 'Itindakdang Lobo' Lia Ortega Rodriguez that was reportedly killed by Supremo Sandrino Villalobo (Richard Gutierrez).

On the October 27 episode of La Luna Sangre, Malia finally had the chance to meet Jacintha Magsaysay. It's no longer a surprise that she turned emotional when she finally faced THE Jacintha Magsaysay.
Malia then asked Jacintha shwho she is. She then continued and said that she looks like her mother who was killed years ago!
"Kamukhang kamukha niyo ho yung nanay ko. Pero wala na siya. Matagal na siyang patay," Malia said
However, Jacintha remained firm although it was already visible that she didn't expect meeting Malia.
"Patay na. Kinukumpara mo ako sa taong patay na?"
Just like ani child who lost her parents, Malia insisted to ask questions about her identiy.
"Pwede niyo ho bang sabihin sakin kung sino kayo? Nakita ko kayo sa TV kanina.. Kasama mo si Gilbert Imperial. Gusto ko lang malaman kung alam niyo ba kung sino talaga siya? Kasi kung tama yung iniisip ko kung bakit kasama niyo siya at kung bakit kayo lumapit sakanya.. Ibig sabihin non tama ako.. na ikaw si Lia.. Ikaw ang nanay ko!"
