Things are finally going the way Jacintha Magsaysay and Prof T planned. After Malia Rodriguez's full powers were unleashed, the Moonchasers, La Liga Unida, and even Jacintha Magsaysay still believe that what Malia showed wasn't enough to kill Sandrino.
In the previous episode of the show. Prof T and Jacintha Magsaysay had a quick talk, wherein they talked about Malia's powers and her encounter with Sandrino. Despite that her powers were already unleashed, she still failed to kill the supremo. They then came up with a decision to make the Moonchasers even stronger to help Malia in ending the life of Sandrino.
Baristo played by Joross Gamboa, thought that Malia's powers aren't enough to kill Sandrino. But then, Jacintha cut him off and told him that the reason why Malia failed to kill Sandrino is that he's still protected by the curse of Barang.

It was then when they realized that they'd be needing the first wolf's fangs to kill Sandrino. But then, Jacintha revealed that it would still not be enough.
Later on, Jacintha revealed in front of the Moonchasers and La Liga Unida that Sandrino can be killed the same way Samantha Imperial was killed.
Jacintha told everyone that Samantha was killed by Sandrino when her heart started to beat again, and so they came up with the realization that the only way for them to kill Sandrino is to stab him using the first wolf's fangs, while his heart continues to beat!
But first, they'd have to bring his heart back to life! Before they proceed with their plans, they'd have to make sure that Sandrino's heart is beating again, before the night of La Luna Sangre.
Jacintha then told everyone that bringing Sandrino's heart back to life again will be her mission.
"Sisiguraduhin kong papatibokin ko uli ang puso ni Gilbert Imperial."
