It seems that the ABS-CBN network once again showed the world that they deserve to be on top as they dominate the award-giving ceremony that was held to honor the greatest personalities on TV.
On the annual Visayas State University-Ormoc City Campus (EVSU-OCC) Student’s Choice Mass Media awards, the ABS-CBN Network won its fourth BEST TV Station Award since the award-giving body was launched in 2015.
Out of all the 17 awards given by the award-giving body, the Kapamilya network has dominated this year's edition of the student mass media awards!

A couple of the shows that won were Umagang Kay Ganda, La Luna Sangre, and FPJ's Ang Probinsyano.
Umagang Kay Ganda that is hosted by Gretchen Ho, Amy Perez, Anthony Taberna, Winnie Cordero, Jorge Carino, and Ariel Ureta won the Best Morning Show, while TV Patrol was hailed as the Best News Program and Ted Failon as the Most Influential Public Service Host for Failon Ngayon.
Apart from that, the show's top-rating programs also won several awards. It's Showtime won the Best Variety show, Vice Ganda was hailed as the Best Comedian while his late night talk show won the Best Comedy Show.
Primetime Bida's La Luna Sangre also bagged home the Best Primetime Series while the primetime bida actors Coco Martin and Angel Locsin won the Most Influential Actor and Actress Awards, respectively.
Just like any other student award-giving bodies, the EVSU-OCC Students' Choice Mass Media AWards, was established to honor the excellent programs on television and to celebrate the triumphs and excellence of the artists and personalities behind the successful programs. The winners are being chosen by the university's students and faculty.
