As the forces of Supremo (Richard Gutierrez) gets encouraged to feast on human blood as often as they could, more and more innocent people are being involved in the on-going and definitely the never-ending war between the vampires and the werewolves. With their unending thirst, it's impossible for them to stop spreading evil.
Due to what Supremo has been doing, the Moonchasers was formed. The Moonchasers is an organization of young men and women who wish to save more mortals from the vampires. They did researches and training just to ruin Supremo's plans.
As La Luna Sangre comes to its near end, let us now take time to appreciate the fallen Moonchasers who died fighting for the safety of others.
Lauren Catapang (Jane De Leon), Joey Martinez (Michelle Vito), and Rocky (Kyle Verches) were among the first batch of the Moonchasers who welcomed Tristan (Daniel Padilla) on their team.
Lauren was the first one to die. She was killed before the 'Moonchasers massacre'. She was overwhelmed when Prof T told Joey Marquez that the Moonchasers are prepared to protect others even if it means risking their lives.

Joey and Rocky fought with the vampires in hopes of taking revenge for Lauren's death. However, they died as well.
Rambo (Lance Pimentel) was taken by the vampires after the Moonchasers' massacre. Rambo died fighting and not betraying his friends.
Adee Ilagan (Patrick Sugui) is also a part of the first batch of Moonchasers. He survived a few missions however, he died at the hand of the king when he came to take his half-brother.
Aife Javier (Barbie Imperial) belongs to the second batch of the Moonchasers. They were taken along with Tristan and were held captive by Supremo. Unfortunately, she was recaptured by the vampires when the LLU and the Moonchasers tried rescuing him.
Samantha Imperial was just in time to save the Moonchasers from the vampires of Supremo. She was the leader of the organization. Samantha died, protecting her ally. She disguised herself as the Lady in red that forced the Supremo to kill her.
Last, but definitely not the least, Jacintha Magsaysay. She was first introduced as the Supremo's political strategist. Later on, it was revealed that she is the Lady in Red, the destroyer of Supremo's plans.
She then worked side-by-side Samanta Imperial and Prof T. She also did her best to train Malia (Kathryn Bernardo), the Bagong Itinakda so that she'd be able to be prepared for the night of La Luna Sangre.
However, on that same night, Jacintha went up to Sandrino and won. It was a hollow victory, forcing her to kill Tristan to prevent him from transforming into a vampire. Without leaving any trace, Jacintha Magsaysay vanished.
