To celebrate the National Halo-Halo Day, Angel Locsin personally went to the Festival Mall to celebrate it with her fans and the staff of Mang Inasal. It appears that she wanted to see how the customers would react if she personally gives them the discounts and promos offered by the Mang Inasal.
