We can still recall that on Vice Ganda's first ever surprise party, the comedian turned emotional as she saw how her friends prepared for the whole party. Vice Ganda thanked everyone who organized it and those who helped just so the event would be a success.
However, the surprise didn't end there for when Vice Ganda arrived at the party, he wasn't only welcomed by his friends but also his newest family member, a Chow Chow.
One of her friends handed him the dog without telling him who gave it. Vice Ganda and all the people who have seen the video online were clueless about who really gave the dog.
However, just recently, It was finally revealed in an episode of It's Showtime that it was his closest friends Angel Locsin, Anne Curtis, Angelica Panganiban, Angeline Quinto, and Kim Chiu who gave him the dog.
Also, it was revealed that the Chow Chow dog was named Chip In for the ladies chipped in to be able to buy Vice Ganda a dog.

In an episode of It's Showtime on April 14, 2018, Vice Ganda thanked her celebrity friends for giving her a dog.
The conversation went like this:
Vice Ganda: "Chip In, I miss you! Mommy's going back home."
Anne Curtis: "[Si Chip In] 'yung aso niya, bigay namin."
Vice Ganda: "Salamat sa mga kaibigan ko nag-chip in-chip in. Kay Anne Curtis, kay Angelica [Panganiban], kay Angel [Locsin], kay Kim Chiu, kay Angeline [Quinto]. I love you!"
Meanwhile, in a separate interview, Vice Ganda revealed that he wishes for nothing but good health for him on his birthday. He claims that he didn't ask for more for he only wanted to recover and heal from his condition.
"As you mature, may naiisip ka ng social responsibility kumbaga. Sabi ko kung babawasan ko 'yung araw na nagpapatawa ako sa TV, paano 'yung mga taong mas mabigat ang pinagdadanan sa akin at hinahanap nila ako para tumawa. So sabi ko 'yun na lang, patawa na lang ako. Sana i-bless ng Diyos ang intention ko na kaya ako nagpapakapagod kasi gusto ko lang magpatawa ng mga taong malulungkot lalo na sa Pilipinas," "As you mature, may naiisip ka ng social responsibility kumbaga. "Kasi kapag nagtatawanan tayo, lalo na sa TNT (Tawag ng Tanghalan), biglang nawawala ang ngiti ko, bumabagsak ang ngiti ko, kasi nararamdaman ko ang tubo ko masakit. ...Kasi may kidney stones ako. Hindi lumabas, pinasukan ng tubo. Sabi ko ayaw ko na, gusto ko nang ipatanggal ito. Sabi ng doctor after two months tingnan natin. Nagpa-ultrasound ako. Excited ako na makuha 'yung result, eh hindi pa okay, kaya hindi pa siya tatanggalin. Bukas mayroon akong CT scan. Ipag-pray niyo ako para okay na ako. Hindi kasi ako makagalaw," he added
