Before they became a couple, Angel Locsin described Neil Arce as the best part of her 2017. She even thanked him for staying with her through ups and downs.
And just a few days before the 2018 Valentine's Day, Angel Locsin and Neil Arce have been a couple.
Angel described their relationship as something similar to their relationship as close friends for they are not rushing things and are taking everything slowly.

"Right now we are taking our time," she said. "Siguro sobrang take our time, ganun, pero sobrang ini-enjoy pa lang namin. I'm just happy na nandiyan siya sa tabi ko."
Angel Locsin also revealed that she used to hesitate in pushing with the romantic relationship for she doesn't want to ruin their friendship. But then, it seems that everything's going well for them since they've been going strong.
