We all know for a fact that Angel Locsin's spinal injury had already caused her so much pain not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. The worst part is the fact that her spinal injury even affected her so much that she ended up losing something valuable to her.
But then, everything's finally over! Queen Angel Locsin has now accepted that her spinal injury it is something that she'd have for the rest of her life.
On July 15, Angel Locsin posted a heartfelt message wherein she shared how she used to believe in the saying "mind over matter" and was able to brush off the pain. However, ever since the injury had happened in 2015, she realized that there's nothing embarrassing about being hurt because everyone needs time to recover.
Apart from that, Angel Locsin even told everyone not to rush themselves in recovering from something that had hurt them, plus, they should never let pressure prevent you and your body from healing.
“DON’T EVER rush yourself to recovery and NEVER let pressure hinder your body’s healing process. Don’t ever feel guilty or sorry. And don’t try to overcompensate just to please others. Focus on what you can do. ACCEPT and learn to ADJUST,” she said.
