People have their own sets of collections from jewelries, cute clothes, pens, shoes, and down to action figures, name it and people who really love to collect things would surely have it. Some people just can't find the right reason why people are collecting things, but to their defense, they claim that seeing their wide collections of things is already more than enough to make them happy.
Among the collections of people is the action figures. While most would probably collect the international superheroes like Superman, Batman, Captain America, and a lot more, there are also some people who would prefer collecting the local superheroes like Darna, the Filipino superheroine.
Just like any other superheroes, Darna is a fictional superhero that appeard in comics, specifically the Filipino comics. The character of Darna was created by Mars Ravelo and the artist Nestor Redondo for the 'Pilipino Komiks' in 1950. She first appeared in Pilipino Komiks before she became a popular fictional character who later on started appearing in Filipino films.
The character of Darna relates that she is a deceased extraterrestrial warrior who's magically manifesting herself through a human girl from Earth named Narda. The super powers of Darna and Darna herself only comes out once Narda swallows a magic white stone and shouting "DARNA!" afterwards. Darna has been everyone's favorite superheroine. She's popular as the super heroine who'd be more than willing to protect anyone.
