Previously, we published a report saying that the award-winning and versatile actress Angel Locsin is one of the actresses in Asia who belongs on the list of the 100 Asian Sweethearts. IT was also revealed on our previous published article that Angel Locsin is a part of the Group 8 of the online poll wherein she competed with Park Bo-Young of South Korea, Chalida Vijitvongthong of Thailand, Liu Yifei of China, Raline Shah of Indonesia, Midu of Vietnam, Kim So-Jung of South Korea, and of course, Maya Karin of Malaysia.
The voting for the group 8 of the 100 Asian Sweethearts ended with Angel Locsin placing on top after she garnered a total of 46.55% of votes which is equivalent to a total of 2,895 votes compared to Park Bo-Young, the second placer who garnered only a total of 1,292 votes.
With the results of the recent online poll for the group 8, Angel Locsin advances to the semifinals of the 100 Asian Sweethearts poll.
The 33-year-old actress who top-billed the successful teleseryes “Imortal,” “The Legal Wife,” and “La Luna Sangre” will now be advancing to the semi-finals of the competition which is the Top 30 poll after she won the global fan vote in Group 8.
The Top 30 poll for the semi-finals will be happening on August so Starmometer is asking the fans to stay tuned for them to be able to vote for their favorite stars!
