Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte Joins The Cast Of "The General's Daughter"

For the past few months, people have been settling for updates on social media regarding the upcoming teleserye of Angel Locsin known as "The General's Daughter."

"The General's Daughter" will serve as Angle  Locsin's comeback teleserye after she was last seen on television in the teleserye "The Legal Wife." And now, the award-winning and versatile actress is up for another adventure with the ABS-CBN network but this time, she'll be working with Dreamscape Productions.

The teleserye is expected to be an explosive and grand teleserye since Angel Locsin is set to lead the powerhouse cast. Apart from that, on the latest update regarding the casting of the teleserye, it was revealed that a love team will be joining them! 

On Monday, Loisa Andalio posted a tweet on her account showing her and Ronnie Alonte smiling in a photo with the previously announced cast of the upcoming teleserye of Angel Locsin.

“Soon . . . Thank you Lord God!” Andalio wrote.

The stars Angel Locsin, Albert Martinez, JC de Vera, Ryza Cenon, Cholo Barretto, Eula Valdez and director Emmanuel Palo were also seen in the photo.

Ronnie Alonte and Loisa Andalio who happened to be rumored sweethearts in real life, were last seen working together in the "Wansapanataym" miniseries "Gelli in a Bottle." "The General's Daughter" will serve as their second project as a rumored couple.

Apart from that, on the big screen, Ronnie Alonte and Loisa Andalio are set to join Vice Ganda in the Metro Manila Film Festival entry called "Fantastica" that's set to be aired on Christmas Day.

Meanwhile, "The General's Daughter" which is set to be produced by the Dreamscape Entertainment Television, is expected to be an explosive teleserye since it will also feature the stars like Maricel Soriano, Janice De Belen, Paulo Avelino, Arjo Atayde, and Tirso Cruz III.
