It was in 2014 when Angel Locsin was last seen on television when she top-billed the controversial teleserye entitled "The Legal Wife." It has been four long years since the show was aired which is why a lot of people, especially her fans, who were ecstatic upon learning that the award-winning and versatile actress is bound to make her comeback on ABS-CBN.
According to ABS-CBN, for the very first time, Angel Locsin will be working with the Dreamscape Productions in her upcoming teleserye called "The General's Daughter" wherein she will be leading a powerhouse cast.

Previous reports has it that before they started filming scenes for the teleserye, Angel Locsin and the other members of the cast underwent intense training sessions with the Armed Forces of the Philippines for them to prepare for the teleserye.
And now, in a recent update, it was revealed that they are all ready for the teleserye since they already started filming scenes for "The General's Daughter."
In fact, on Instagram, Eula Valdez posted a behind the scene photo that was shot on the set of "The General's Daughter." In the photo, Eula Valdez and Albert Martinez were spotted wearing their pyjamas while lying beside Angel Locsin and Ryza Cenon in a single bed.
The photos were posted on Instagram with the caption that reads: "Goodnight people, tutulog na kame:)"
Meanwhile, the netizens took over the comment section and shared their theories about their roles and the teleserye itself. One said that he believes that "The General's Daughter" will replace the "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano." Also, there were a few people who are still hooked up by the roles of Eula Valdez and Albert Martinez in their previous teleserye "The Good Son," asking Eula Valdez not to poison Albert Martinez again.
Nevertheless, "The General's Daughter" is something that we should all be watching out for!
