It was back in 2012 when Kris Aquino sought help from Iza Calzado, Angel Locsin, and Anne Curtis to work with her on a charity event wherein they will be distributing additional supplies for the ABS-CBN's Sagip Kapamilya.
The Sagip Kapamilya's relief operation that was held in Valenzuela back on August 9, 2012, Kris Aquino talked about what the actresses Anne Curtis, Angel Locsin, and Iza Calzado did just for them to be able to make the charity event a success.
As stated in Kris’s tweets, “@annecurtissmith went to the supermarket to buy toothpaste & toothbrushes so we can bring tomorrow. Thank u Angel Locsin- Nag ready ng mga banig other supplies. Iza Calzado text me to ask what other supplies we needed- I said alcohol & toilet paper di namin nabili. She placed order and then she volunteered to join me and Angel in Valenzuela.”

Further reports stated that it was the Valenzuela Councilor Shalani Soldedad who assisted them during their relief operation wherein the four ladies namely Kris Aquino, Angel Locsin, Anne Curtis, and Iza Calzado, didn't mind walking on thigh-deep floodwaters just for them to be able to reach the place where the relief operations will be held.
Laila Chikadora—who also joined the relief operation—further shared in her tweets: “@aquinokristina @143redangel @MissIzaCalzado and @shalanisoledad Diniaig ang Charlie's Angels sa pagdistribute ng mga relief goods sa valenzuela. mayor sherwin gatchalian was offering the girls to ride a boat papunta sa evacuation area pero nilusong nila ng walang kaarte arte ang gahitang baha. god bless these people who take time out from their busy scheds to lend a hand. Ü”
Photos and videos taken from the event that had happened six years ago, showed Angel Locsin assisting Kris Aquino while crossing the thigh-deep floodwaters. No hesitation or disgust was seen on Angel Locsin's face when she was trying to assist the other stars in crossing the flood waters.
Also, in the throwback photos, Angel Locsin was also spotted wearing a simple outfit. With one glance, you wouldn't notice that she's a celebrity because she's just wearing a black pants paired with plain white shirt and she doesn't even look bothered by the floodwaters.
