Friends are like diamonds because they are forever.
It’s so fun to have a best friend by your side. They’ll be the one to be there in good and in bad times. They can be a shoulder to cry on, someone we can lean on, someone whom we can trust, someone we can depend on. They may not be sister or brothers by blood but their love for each other are much like loving a family member.
Given an opportunity to meet various people every single day, we often wonder if celebrities have a person that they call “BFF” or Best Friend Forever and meet them from time to time. Just like some of us, we hang out and chill with out ‘Besties’ at a mall or even in amusement parks and cafes.
Celebrities are human too and yes, they have a BFF, bestie, beshie, bes or whatever endearment you call your best friend. ABS-CBN Lifestyle gave us a peek of who are the besties of our favorite celebs:
1. ANGEL LOCSIN AND LANI DIAZ
In spite of being far form each other, Angel and Lani continue to be there for each other no matter what. But before they were parted, Lani and Angel were both shooting for a comedy show. Even after Angel pursued her career as an actress and Lani who is a nurse, their friendship went on. In spite of being apart, they still keep in touch and they still meet if time will allow.
“When Lani was still based here there would be surprised visits to Aklan or even planned sleepovers,” according to ABS-CBN Lifestyle.
Angel and Lani call each other “Goy” which came from the word “Unggoy” as a term of endearment.
On Angel’s Instagram account, we can see how close they really are. She posted photos of her with Lani and mentions how much she loves her.
2. JULIA MONTES AND HARLYN FERNANDEZ
Working can sometimes be toxic but if you’re working with your best friend, it will definitely be a lot of fun! Just like Julia Montes and Harlyn Fernandez, whose been working together for quite a while turned to be best of friends. Harlyn is Julia’s make up artist and since then, the two became inseparable. As best friends, they have achieved goals like traveling abroad, giving gifts to each other and the most special of all, Julia became Harlyn’s make up artist on her wedding day last year.
The two gave us a hint of how really fun it is to work with your best friend!
