In the previous episodes of the fantasy series La Luna Sangre, Supremo Sandrino finally discovered Jacintha Magsaysay's secret as she fainted again because of pain cause by her bruise and swollen shoulder. Her left shoulder wherein she felt so much pain was cause by the poison who runs through it and as Sandrino accidentally take her jacket off, he saw Jacintha's hidden bruise.
Hence, the 'Bagong Itinakda' Malia Rodriguez was confronted by Jacintha Magsaysay. Malia is insisting that Sandrino's heart should beat again so that she will have the chance to kill him and the only way to make it possible is through Tristan Torralba who was said to be the long-lost brother of Sandrino, that's why she is giving her trust to Tristan that he will do his thing that was according to their plans.
However, Jacintha also exclaimed that Tristan deserve everyone's trust but when it comes to Sandrino, they all know that he will do everything just to make the favor be on his side.
