Back in 2014, Angel Locsin and Maja Salvador gained praises from the netizens after they impressively gave justice to their respective roles in the television series 'The Legal Wife'.
The Legal Wife is a 2014 Philippine melodramatic family drama television series directed by Rory B. Quintos and Dado C. Lumibao that was top-billed by Angel Locsin. This teleserye served as Angel Locsin's comeback series since her last appearance on TV was back in 2010 which is the Imortal.

The teleserye was about a woman named Monica played by Angel Locsin, who suffered from pain and heartbreak after she found out that her husband Adrian (Jericho Rosales) is having an affair with her best friend Nicole played by Maja Salvador.
The worst part is the fact that she found out about their affair in the most unexpected incident.
And now, we have here a little throwback for all the people who supported Monica in The Legal Wife. The Instagram account who goes by the handle @xierxian07 has recently posted a throwback footage of Angel Locsin and Christopher de Leon's heartbreaking scene in The Legal Wife.
In the video, Christopher asked his daughter if she still loves her husband. Somehow, Christopher de Leon lost it when his daughter admitted that she still loves her husband although he already cheated on her with her best friend.
"Mahal mo pa ba si Adrian?" Christopher asks
"Oo. Sobra. Sobra sobra pa," Angel Locsin replied before breaking down in tears.
