Neil Arce has been friends with the award-winning actress, Angel Locsin for a very long time. Now, they were allegedly a couple and the producer was said to be her rumored boyfriend. But then, whatever relationship that Angel and Neil really have, what's important is they are both happy with what they are now.
Moreover, in one of her interviews after the contract renewal, DJ Jai Ho, asked Angel Locsin why she does not want to work with her rumored boyfriend, which is the film producer, Neil Arce.
“Ayoko sana talagang magwork kami,” says Angel.
“Pero tignan natin baka siguro isa ganun. As much as possible sana iwas muna kami. Baka ano, baka magkaroon ng komplikasyon,” she added.
Hence, the actress said that she is not cloosing doors for any possibilities that she and Neil had to work together because showbiz industry is just a small world for them.

“Tignan natin. Why not. Kung may naisip talaga kami na maganda talaga.” Angel added.
On the other hand, Angel Locsin then revealed their plans this upcoming Valentines Day.
"Hindi kasi ako mahilig mag-celebrate ng Valentine's Day eh, kasi traffic. Pero si Neil kasi gusto niya mag-celebrate." she confessed. "Mas romantic kasi si Neil. Mukha lang hindi kasi puro tattoo pero mas sweet siya. Sabi niya mag-celebrate kami so okay, mag-celebrate kami."
Thus, Angel was asked about what surprise did she want if ever, "Gusto ko spend time lang together. 'Di kasi ako ma-event talaga na tao na kailangang i-celebrate talaga. Basta kasama ko lang 'yung tao, okay na ako. Tsaka 'pag alam mo naman nagmamalasakit sa'yo 'yung tao, mahal ka nung tao, wala ka nang hihilingin pa," Angel answered.
Hence, Angel Locsin and Neil Arce seem like they are now taking their relationship up to the next level hence, they are not yet claiming any news about it.
