For the past few months, Kris Aquino has become the center of talks on social media wherein people keep oon bashing her for renewing her frienship with her ex-boyfriend Mayor Herbert Bautista. People told her that she made the wrong decision and that she should not force Bautista to be with her again.
However, in a recent Facebook live video on July 19, Kris Aquino explained that she only swallowed her pride and talked to Herbert Bautista because of the advice of her good friend, Angel Locsin.
Kris Aquino stated that because she loves Angel Locsin so much, she chose to swallow her pride to let Mayor into her life again.
“Sabi nila bakit daw ako naghahabol dun? Ito (Angel) naman talaga ang [dahilan]. Hindi ko na siya kinakausap,” Kris said.
“Five months na binura, kinalimutan siya, pero dahil sa’yo nilunok lahat ng pride, nasa America… sinabi ko, ‘This is Kris, Mayor pwede ba kitang tawagan?’ ‘Yun na ‘yun… Dahil love ko siya (Angel)... nakabalik siya sa buhay ko at nag-usap kami ulit.”
