But then, what do you think could happen if the Action King gets paired with the Action Drama Queen? Apparently, the lady who was tagged as the action drama queen is Angel Locsin. She's not only a celebrity who can pull off dramatic scenes but also the one who can still look good while trying to pull off an action stunt.
Apparently, in 2007, the king and queen of action, Robin Padilla and Angel Locsin, were paired in the television series 'Asian Treasures' that was broadcasted by the GMA Network.
Asian Treasures serves as the first ever Philippine teleserye that was shot in multiple countries such as Magnolia, Thailand, and even China! That being said, it was also known as one of the most expensive TV series that was ever produced in the Philippine television.
Since a huge fund was produced for the film, the actors and actresses didn't let it put to waste. In fact, Angel Locsin and Robin Padilla did a great job in giving justice to their characters Gabriella and Elias.
