For the past few days, the Filipino people, especially those who are living in the low areas of the country are shivering, crying, and feeling helpless because of how the tropical storm Karding washed away everything that they have.
Landslides, rock slides, and flood are the ones seen on the news. These calamities are the ones that forced most Filipinos to leave their home and to move to the evacuation center where they can stay for their own safety.
Stuck inside the four corners of a covered court or a public school, these people are already feeling the hunger and thirst, to think that they weren't able to bring anything with them aside from their family.

The good thing is, in times of troubles or 'sakuna' like this, there are still some people who are more than willing to do anything and everything for their countrymen. Barangay officials, volunteers, and even celebrities are extending their helping hands to the people affected by the calamity. That is exactly what Angel Locsin has been doing for the past years.
When Typhoon Ondoy hit the Philippines, she was the first person to gather goods to be distributed to the people who were affected by the calamity, she even crossed the flooded streets without hesitation just to reach their destination. And now, our Queen is doing it again!
Instead of her staying inside her house, keeping herself dry, there's Angel Locsin, gathering goods for her to distribute in evacuation centers.
In fact, just recently, a Facebook user named Shandy Trajano Libarnes recently took to Facebook to share a few snapshots taken at the evacuation center. The photos showed Angel Locsin smiling with the people in the evacuation center as she hands out a meal for them.
It was also noticeable in the photos that she was sending out Mang Inasal meals to the people who were obviously so excited to meet her.
As of this writing, the photos posted on Facebook have already garnered a total of 85 likes.
