It was in 2012 when Angel Locsin and John Lloyd Cruz top-billed the blockbuster film "Unofficially Yours" which is a Filipino romantic film directed by Direk Cathy Garcia-Molina.
The film mainly revolves around the story of a depressed young man named Macky Galvez (John Lloyd Cruz) who was just recovering from a failed relationship. Later on, Galvez met Ces Bricenio (Angel Locsin) who happens to be a modern-day girl who's afraid of commitment until they ended up having a one night stand. Soon enough, they met again in his new job and that's when things got even more complicated for them.
Everything was so complicated that people thought Ces and Macky will no longer end up together, still, in the end, love still won!

In fact, we have here a throwback video clip which happens to be the best scene in the movie 'Unofficially Your,' wherein John Lloyd Cruz's character was having a jamming session with her buddies when suddenly, Ces, played by Angel Locsin, entered the room and started singing the song with them.
At that point, tears were seen in Ces' eyes and we knew for sure that it was the time for them to reconcile and to push through with what they have! I bet I'm not the only one who's guilty of crying over this scene!

At the near end of the post, she also compared Angel Locsin's roles in movies to her relationship with Neil Arce, saying that just like her roles in movies, from best friends, she also ended up having Neil Arce as her partner.
